National Directors Conference
Join us for a series of intimate sessions with legal aid directors from around the country as we work to find solutions to the issues that are keeping us up at night. You will leave the conference with practical information and resources that can be put in place immediately to help maximize your organization’s impact during this difficult economic climate. Workshop topics include:

• Planning under conditions of uncertainty
• Creative ideas for increasing revenue and reducing costs
• Communicating honestly and optimistically with staff
• Spending reserves and analyzing cash flow
• An employment law perspective on layoffs, furloughs, early retirement and COBRA
